Michelle began her catering career by creating parties for friends and family from her home. Professionally trained at the California Culinary Academy, she has always had a passion for great food and wanted to share it with everyone!

Our staff is carefully trained and especially considerate of your personal property. We can supply any necessary equipment or use your personal favorites! Dishes by Michelle could be considered a Boutique Caterer. No two events are the same. There is no template into which our clients must fit. We are a small firm, specializing in bringing together one sumptuous event at a time.

Michelle can also attend to many of the details from equipment rental, linens, cocktail service, florists and cakes. Whether we drop it off, or stay and serve, we offer only the finest food, exceptional service, unique presentation and it's always "made-from-scratch."
